The right of withdrawal is excluded for our articles, as these are only made after the order has been received using the print-on-demand process. You can of course contact us if you have any complaints about incorrectly printed / damaged / defective goods or goods that have been lost in transit; in this case use the contact form or to send us an email to customer support at stating with the order number.
