General questions
Why are our printed products different then others?
Our print products are expanded by augmented and virtual reality applications to convey the content of the print product in a playful / educational / creative way. This means that our products consist of two components; on the one hand the physical product and on the other hand a digital experience. Other products without this technology serve as additional products to the main product.
Do you have minimum order quantities & are there any shipping costs?
We have a minimum order value of $20 including shipping costs. You cannot go to the checkout without having reached this amount. The shipping costs depend on the product category($ 3.30 to $ 5.50), but we deliver free of charge from an order value of $ 50.
How long does order processing and delivery take?
The order processing takes 2-7 days after receipt of payment, depending on which and how many products you order and how busy we are at that time.
Delivery takes an average of 6 days, depending on where the delivery is going.

How does the personalization of products work?
Personalized products are marked in our shop and contain a personalization button (Doesn't work in quick view). Please make sure that you select all available options such as color and size first, otherwise the personalization tool will not work! You have different personalization options (images, text and clip art) depending on the product. With images the resolution and format are important for the quality of the print; therefore you should pay attention to the following guidelines and recommendations:
- The files should be in PNG or JPEG format with at least 150 dpi.
We recommend using PNG for designs with a transparent background. For other designs, we recommend preparing files in JPEG instead. - Make sure to create your print file with the sRGB color profile to ensure that your design will look the same as it does on screen when you print it.
- Stick to the safe labeled printing area.
If you decide not to personalize the product, you can order it in the version shown. In general the personalization tool is very intuitive to use. If you have any questions the easiest way we can help you is to contact us via our Whatsappservice.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Print-on-demand is a more sustainable approach to product manufacturing as we only customize the product after a customer has already placed an order. Therefore there is no excess inventory and we produce less waste than with traditional product manufacturing. In addition our print service provider uses printers that are energy efficient and save water. In addition we print our posters with Epson inks which are certified by GreenGuard. For our all-over products we use Mimaki printers whose inks are also certified with the OEKO-TEX eco-pass.
How can I register and what are the advantages of it?
You have the option of either registering during the ordering process or directly using the person icon on our website. In your account area you then have the advantage that you can clearly see the order processing, shipment tracking and your invoices. You can also access your downloads for digital products in your account area.
